Photo-Sixth Plenary Session” How will Xi Jinping reshape the history of the CCP? |World Magazine
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be held in Beijing on October 16. For the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, “what flag is raised and what road is it taken”, people with lofty ideals who care about the future and destiny of the country naturally hope that the CCP “adheres to reform and opening up”! Shockingly, on the eve of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, there was a resurgence of extreme leftist public opinion in mainland China. Class struggle”; You Qiwen praised the blindly xenophobic Boxers as “Teachers of Justice”; and all these three yin winds came from the ministerial-level Chinese History Research Institute, which is known as “the hometown of internal non-existent”, so it is quite intriguing! In addition, in the public opinion forum strictly controlled by the CCP, some people advocate nondescript “people’s economy”; some people praise the “people’s commune”; some sing praises for “going to the mountains and the countryside”; The surname is She and Zi. Some people refer to “public knowledge” by analyzing the collapse of the Soviet Union; some bluntly declare that the United States is an “enemy”; “, “shooting down” Pelosi’s special plane to visit Taiwan at the risk of provoking a war between China and the United States… It can be described as a dance of demons, covering domestic and foreign affairs, which is quite systematic and comprehensive. The spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is opposite! Where will this countercurrent lead China after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China? Kind-hearted people can’t help but fall into the fog again.
In fact, the above-mentioned ultra-left slander is simply a pile of historical garbage, or nonsense with upside-down values: For example, with regard to the issue of “closing the country and closing the country”, as early as 1858, Marx and Engels asserted that “it is impossible for China to close itself and keep the scriptures.” The door must be opened up.” The biggest obstacle to China’s opening up is “total exclusion.” The highest institution for historical research under the CCP, which claims to be “upholding Marxism,” has actually called the soul of “closing the country in isolation”, blatantly ignoring the historical facts that China has become out of touch with the era of great navigation and the industrial revolution, resulting in backward concepts, weak national performance, and passive beatings. It is absolutely ridiculous!
As we all know, the economic construction-centered, reform and opening-up policy advocated by the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is based on the premise of suspending “class struggle as the key link”. Now we re-emphasize “class perspective and class analysis” and “don’t forget class struggle”. Its sinister intention is to first make “50% of the gross national product, 60% of tax revenue, 70% of scientific and technological innovation, 80% of employment, and 80% of employment.” Ninety percent of the newly-added private entrepreneurs are labeled as “bourgeois” and “capitalists” to carry out liquidation struggles, unify and overthrow them, and then carry out “capitalist industrial and commercial transformation” and “second “Second public-private partnership”, confiscate the assets of thousands of large, medium, small and micro “capitalists” and then impose a “comprehensive dictatorship”, repeating the transition from “public-private partnership” to “Cultural Revolution” without borrowing a set! At the same time, under the “class analysis” of “the bourgeoisie is in the party, the capitalist roaders are still walking”, “brutal struggle and ruthless attack” will inevitably be launched! This is a predictable development.
As for the article, the Boxer who blindly xenophobic people will be killed when they see foreigners, and those who see foreign technological products such as railways and lamp posts will be destroyed. Foreign-funded enterprises and foreigners beat, smash, rob, burn, and kill? Do you want to instigate the mob to besiege foreign embassies in Beijing and “declare war” against the United States and Western developed countries? Should a medal be awarded to a criminal who smashes a Nissan driver with a U-lock? Should the police who arrested the girl in kimono for no reason be regarded as a “hero”?
As for someone who conjures the soul of the people’s commune, it can be said to be insane! As we all know, since the establishment of the people’s commune in 1958, the “communist wind”, “one level and two regulation wind”, “forced order wind”, “blind order wind” and “exaggerated wind” have been blowing, which has brought serious harm to the countryside, agriculture and farmers. The disaster greatly damaged productivity, leading to a three-year famine that killed 40 million people! Wan Li, the first secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, witnessed the tragic situation of a farmer’s father and daughter with only one pair of ripped trousers. “Whoever goes out wears it.” At the beginning of the reform and opening up, it was entirely up to the farmers to take risks spontaneously to meet with the “household contract”, “to pay enough to the state, to leave enough to the collective, and the rest to be owned by themselves”, thus showing great enthusiasm for production, and agricultural production only increased. After reaching a new level, the people’s commune was eliminated by history, and any ultra-leftist incarnation technique is futile!
Speaking of someone labeling “correct” the policy of 20 million educated youths going to the mountains and the countryside during the Cultural Revolution, this is completely anti-intellectual and anti-historical! Since the 10-year Cultural Revolution itself has been completely rejected by the CCP in its second historical resolution, the “going to the mountains and going to the countryside” as an important part of the Cultural Revolution should of course be rejected. If it is “correct” to “go to the countryside”, isn’t it “wrong” for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to decide to send all the educated youths who went to the countryside to return to the city after ten years of civil strife? History has proven that it is precisely because of the ultra-leftist ideology that “we would rather socialist grass than capitalist seedlings” that even a fruit shop should be “state-run”, and private factories and companies are not allowed. Privately run shops are not allowed, which has stifled employment opportunities for educated youths who have been “suspending classes and making revolution” for more than two years, so they make the helpless move of “going to the mountains and going to the countryside”. What is “re-education of the poor and lower-middle peasants”? First, farmers do not represent advanced productive forces, and second, they do not represent the direction of advanced culture. What level and ability do they have to “re-educate” urban educated youth? Don’t forget that the general environment at that time was “class struggle as the key link”, singing praises for the policy of “going to the mountains and going to the countryside”, ignoring the hardships, helplessness and trauma of the 20 million educated youth who went to the mountains and went to the countryside. Heart can be punished! , and other ultra-left fallacies are also not worth refuting, so they are omitted here.
There is no doubt that reform and opening up is a great practice that has never been done before. In the process of “crossing the river by feeling the stones”, it is not surprising that such problems and mistakes are made. It must be seriously pointed out that the history of China for more than 40 years has proved that the biggest mistake of reform and opening up is that it only reforms the economic system, but does not carry out the reform of the political system that supervises, checks, and balances power. The situation of absolute corruption” has not been effectively improved. Coupled with the party discipline in January 2016 and the “no arrogance” clause and the abolition of the presidential term limit in March 2018, the stubborn ailments of excessive concentration of power, rule of man, and cult of personality have continued to grow, and the entire state apparatus has Losing the error correction mechanism may lead to subversive errors. Another example is education, medical care, and elderly care. In most countries in the world, they belong to social welfare. After thousands of taxpayers pay taxes to the government, all citizens should receive free services. However, China is “unique”. It does not go the wrong way. It has transformed education, medical care, and elderly care into so-called “income-generating industries.” It’s all resentment!”
Regarding the mistakes and deviations that have occurred since the reform and opening up, the CCP, as the ruling party, must of course sum up experience and draw lessons from it, “uphold the truth and correct mistakes”. At the same time, it can also learn from the successful experience of Vietnam’s reform and opening up to boldly promote the reform of the political system, but also Vigorously attract foreign investment, steadily develop the economy and improve people’s livelihood. Do a good job of top-level design, formulate short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, prioritize, deepen reforms steadily, and expand opening up. This is the right way. However, we must not completely deny the general direction of reform and opening up, repeat the mistakes of the left-leaning line, reverse the course of history, and return to the old era of “class struggle as the key link”, continued revolution under the dictatorship of the proletariat, rigid planned economy, and closed-door country! What is worrying now is that while the chorus of the extreme left is deafening, the anti-intellectual, anti-scientific and layer-by-layer, “one size fits all” so-called “closed city” “epidemic prevention” has crushed “economic construction as the center” This “focus of the whole party’s work” restricts the various freedoms and rights granted to citizens by the Constitution. The combination of fallacies has led to a wave of enterprise closures, foreign capital withdrawal, worker unemployment, debt explosion, government fiscal and taxation blood loss, Families are returning to poverty; this situation shows that the resurgence of the extreme left is not “the mountains and rains are about to come and the wind is full of buildings”, but “the dark clouds are pressing down on the city and the city is about to be destroyed”!
The resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in November last year pointed out that “reform and opening up is the key to determining the future and destiny of contemporary China.” It was only through reform and opening up that China could survive the Cultural Revolution when “the national economy was on the verge of collapse”. In just over 30 years, it has become the world’s second largest economy, and people’s living standards have been greatly improved. In the global capital market, a pattern of “you have me, I have you” has been formed. Practice has proved that moving against the historical tide of reform and opening up will only lead China to death instead of life, darkness instead of light, and poverty instead of prosperity! Just as Deng Xiaoping said in his speech when he inspected the South 30 years ago: China must be vigilant against the right, and the main thing is to prevent the “left”! “The rise and fall, everyone is responsible”. All those who care about the destiny of the country should shout to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Persevere in reform and opening up! Against the extreme left! Against retrogression! Against Restoration!
