12月7日，北京当局放弃「清零政策」后，不再进行大规模核酸筛查。中国中国疫情爆炸性增长，令整个世界感到恐慌与害怕。为此，中国海外民运组织连署致世界各国政府的公开信：
正如一句谚语所说：被同一块石头绊倒两次是莫大的耻辱。
As an old proverb says: It is a terrible shame to trip over the same stone twice.
2020年殷鉴不远，中共又搅动新一轮疫情。多方面资料证实，中共正有意放开边境，放任大批已呈阳性的乘客出境，若不果断及时阻止，整个世界将会再次陷入灾难深重的浩劫！
The year of 2020 is not far away, and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has stirred up another new period of epidemic. According to various data, the Communist Party of China is intentionally liberalizing its borders to allow a large number of passengers who have tested positive to leave the country. If the governments do not decisively stop them in time, the whole world will once again be plunged into a catastrophic catastrophe!
共产党不打倒，世界不会好！这已是一个毋庸置疑的共识。可是，这个世界的进步力量对中共的从容、妥协已经太久了。大难当前，已没有多少时间犹豫了！
Unless the Communist Party is defeated, the world will not get better. This has been an unquestionable consensus. However, the world has been submissive and compromising with the CCP for too long. There is not much time to hesitate when a great disaster is coming!
为此，我们紧急呼吁如下：
For this purpose, we urgently appeal to all governments as follows:
一、在中共谎言欺世，封锁资讯的情况下，千万不要低估中共的恶意，各国应毫不犹豫地采取镕断措施，直到危害解除。
- With the CCP’s lies deceiving the world and blocking information, never underestimate the CCP’s malicious intent, and countries should not hesitate to take frontier measures until the harm is lifted.
二、在临近大规模爆发之前已入境的中国旅客，需要重点监测和隔离。
- Chinese travelers who have entered the country before the approach of a large-scale outbreak need to be monitored and quarantined in a focused manner.
三、应该对每一乘客，包括已在出国前检测呈阴性的乘客进行检测。中国方面的检测会由于种种原因而造假。
- Every passenger should be tested, including those who have tested negative before leaving China. Testing can be faked for a variety of reasons in China.
四、启动对中共「武汉病毒」的追责。武汉病毒爆发后，病毒株所呈特征与石正丽所发表的论文相似，此轮爆发已印证病毒导致白肺化的特征。
- Launch of the pursuit of the Chinese Communist Party’s ‘Wuhan virus’. After the Wuhan virus outbreak, the virus strain showed characteristics similar to the paper published by Shi Zhengli. This period outbreak has confirmed the characteristics of the virus causing white lung.
保障公民的生命健康是各国政府的首要任务！
