#光传媒（Shining Light Media， www.#ipkmedia.com）特此郑重声明：
自2024年起，赵兰健（X平台账号：@uyunistar）持续在X平台大量发布针对光传媒（@Ipkmedia）的不实言论，恶意挑衅、诋毁抹黑，所有相关指控均属捏造，已严重侵犯光传媒声誉，构成公然诽谤。
鉴于此，光传媒特此限令赵兰健自本声明发布之时起24小时内，删除全部诽谤内容，并公开书面致歉，承担由此造成的一切损失。光传媒将保留依法追究赵兰健全部民事及刑事责任，并要求其承担足额赔偿的权利。
光传媒自2019年在美国首都华盛顿成立以来，始终秉持“传播真理•追求自由•实现民主•宪政中国”的宗旨，坚定不移地为中国民主宪政事业发声与努力。多年来，我们持续遭受中共黑客的日夜网络攻击，以及其外围势力的各种打压与破坏。
我们自知尚有不足，光传媒也需不断完善与提升，但在现有条件下我们必将竭尽所能前行。任何针对光传媒的侵害与破坏，都无法阻挡我们推动中国民主宪政的信念与步伐。

In view of this, Shining Light Media hereby demands that Zhao Lanjian delete all defamatory content within 24 hours of the release of this statement, issue a public written apology, and assume full responsibility for all damages caused.
Since its establishment in 2019 in Washington, D.C., Shining Light Media has adhered to the mission of “Spreading Truth • Pursuing Freedom • Realizing Democracy • Establishing Constitutional Government in China”, and has resolutely spoken out and worked for the cause of Chinese democracy and constitutionalism. Over the years, we have been subjected to relentless cyberattacks by CCP hackers and various forms of suppression and sabotage by its affiliated forces.
We are aware of our shortcomings and recognize the need for continuous improvement, but we will do our utmost to advance under the current conditions. No attempts to harm or sabotage Shining Light Media will ever stop us from moving forward with our commitment to promote democracy and constitutionalism in China.
Shining Light Media reserves the right to pursue all civil and criminal liabilities against Zhao Lanjian in accordance with the law, and to seek full compensation for all losses.
