Hu Xijin, the former editor-in-chief of the Global Times, ridiculed China’s Kuomintang as a “century-old party” because Kuomintang chairman Zhu Lilun threatened to take a pro-American line. Unfortunately, the Chinese Communist Party is also a century-old party, not to mention that its evil surpasses that of the Kuomintang, and it is also a century-old rotten party. Really “bad elder brother bad younger brother” .
Just look at Xi Jinping’s repeated shouting of “Don’t forget the original intention” in recent years, it proves that the current Communist Party is no longer the ideal slogan put forward when the party was founded. Let’s look at Xi Jinping’s proud anti-corruption campaign. The more corruption is, the more corrupt it is. Wang Jianxin, head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and State Supervision Commission, recently announced that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in the nearly ten years up to the end of April this year, 4.388 million cases and 4.709 million people have been investigated and investigated by the national discipline inspection and supervision organs. It was announced that the total number of CCP members reached 96.712 million. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection manages Party members, and only Party members have the power to embezzle or cover up corruption. As long as you do some mental arithmetic, you can figure out that there is one embezzler out of about 20 party members, and the ratio is about 5%. At that time, Mao Zedong launched a political campaign to limit the target of attack to 5%. He believed that no more than 5% was a small group (but every time it was enlarged). Does Xi Jinping also use this formula?
The problem is that the Communist Party claims to be the advanced force of the working class, which in turn is the leading class of the country. The elites of the leading class are all so corrupt, how many good people are there among the backward people being led? What kind of country has the whole country become? I really don’t want to watch it. Unless the concept is turned upside down, the leading elites are bastards and the people are the good people. Otherwise, the country will be lost.
Also because the CCP has been reduced to an unfinished party, it is understandable that there are unfinished houses across the country. Because in the early days of reform and opening up, Professor Zhang Wuchang suggested that the CCP should sell “national land” to raise construction funds. This is a good suggestion, but it ignores that China is a one-party dictatorship country and refuses political reform, so it is the big landowner of the whole country stipulated by the constitution, and each official becomes the small landowner of the part of the land under his jurisdiction. Therefore, the sale of land (in fact, the sale is only the right to operate, and the ultimate big landlord is the CCP) has become an important income for local finances, as well as an important income for corrupt officials. Therefore, land speculation and real estate speculation have become a red line throughout the entire reform and opening up. This has also led to the development of financial officials responsible for borrowing and speculating in real estate. All kinds of restrictions and bans cannot suppress this speculation, because the country itself also participates in the speculation of “Tie Gongji” to maintain a better-looking “chicken fart” GDP.
However, there is a polarization of unfair distribution, and there are certain restrictions on those who can afford a building. If the building is too high, the vacancy rate will inevitably increase, and there will be problems on its own without the need for “buying a room”. Now is the time. With huge plans and fewer buyers, the contractors will be unable to continue, and the funds will be cut off. Banks will also tighten credit, making the situation of unfinished housing more and more serious. Some buyers who have paid in installments see that the construction of the building is stopped, and their payment may become empty, thus stopping the supply of the building, making the contractor’s funds even worse. Such a vicious circle started with the explosion of the real estate giant Evergrande, and then spread to others, such as R&F Properties, Sunac, Country Garden and so on. Due to the collusion of top and bottom inside and outside the accounts, it is difficult to accurately estimate how much their actual liabilities are. There are 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, and the unfinished housing storm has swept through nearly 25. It is reported that there are 25,000 unfinished houses in Zhengzhou, with a total area of 2.71 million square meters, ranking first in the country.
As for bank scams involving at least tens of billions of dollars, people in Zhengzhou and Xi’an have come out to surround the bank. The local government of Zhengzhou dared to change the health code of the affected households to red because they were the army of Xi’s family, so they were banned from going out for their own money due to health reasons. Zhengzhou, Henan abused power to such an extent that it undermined the entire epidemic prevention deployment. Xi Jinping did not remove himself from office because he was his favorite general. Just like last year’s Zhengzhou Dashui, he concealed the number of casualties and property damage. In the end, Premier Li Keqiang came forward and punished lightly. This year’s banking scam has more government tricks, can victims get compensation? Will they become criminals of “picking quarrels and provoking trouble”? It depends on the struggle between the people and the government. If the Xi’s party was exempted from investigation because of corruption and leaked corrupt officials, the proportion of corrupt officials would be more than 5% of party members? The bursting of unfinished housing and real estate bubbles will inevitably make local governments borrow heavily to maintain government operations. This has been a nightmare for more than ten years, leaving banks in precarious conditions.
At present, the government deducts the salaries of civil servants and mobilizes them to buy houses. It can be seen how much crisis is hidden behind the unfinished houses and unfinished banks. The country has been shaken! Recently, the government has shown kindness by loosening the ban on “rural to non-rural” (rural hukou changing to non-rural hukou), which was implemented in the Mao Zedong era, and allowing rural hukou to be transferred to third-tier cities to obtain urban hukou. Obviously, this is to tap the purchasing power of the rural areas to stimulate them to enter the cities to buy urban buildings to reduce unfinished houses and unfinished banks, and stimulate urban consumption. However, it remains to be seen how much its actual effect will be, because the rich rural households have long gone to the city to buy a house and enjoy the city life. Do they still need the Party’s care? However, it is true that urban welfare is more than rural.
Xi Jinping wants to officially wear a yellow robe this autumn. It should have created a situation of singing and dancing. How could he know that there will be a serious decline in chicken farts, an unstable situation with a surge in unemployment, and whether the storm of unfinished housing and unfinished banks will sweep Beidaihe and the CCP? Twenty, and let us pay close attention. No matter what, this warrior wolf is already old, how long can it crawl? Rotten Tail Wolf is about to make his final contribution to the Rotten Tails Party.
